1. What we do

We manufacture photochemically etched and engraved metal products, including yantras, awards, trophies, medals, mementos, sanman patra, corporate gifts, metal kankotri (wedding invitations), ID badges, signage and custom-engraved items. We serve individual, corporate, institutional, government and export buyers.

2. This website is for information and enquiries

This website shows our products and work. It does not sell products online or accept payments. All orders are placed directly with us after an enquiry and a quotation.

3. How to place an order

• Send us an enquiry through the website form, WhatsApp, phone, email, or by visiting our workshop.
• We share a quotation with the product details, quantity, price, delivery terms and payment terms.
• Your order is confirmed once you accept the quotation and make the payment stated in it.
• The quotation, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between you and us. If they differ, the quotation applies.

4. Prices

Prices are given in Indian Rupees (INR) in each quotation and depend on the design, material, size, finish and quantity. Prices shown on the website, if any, are indicative only. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it.

5. Payment

• We accept payment by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) only.
• Advance and balance payment terms are stated in your quotation.
• Our bank details are shared only in our quotation or invoice. Before making a payment, please confirm the account details with us by phone on +91 74340 00529.
• We will never ask for your card number, OTP, UPI PIN or passwords. Report any such request to us immediately.

6. Custom and personalised orders

• For custom orders (names, logos, text, dates or designs), we share a design proof for your approval before production.
• Please check all spellings, names, dates and details carefully. We are not responsible for errors in a proof you approved.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork, image or text you send us.
• Once production starts, a custom order cannot be cancelled or changed. Refund of any advance paid will be as stated in your quotation.

7. Product appearance

Our products are handcrafted in metal. Small variations in colour, shade, polish, texture and size are natural and are not defects. Product photos on the website are for reference and may look different on your screen.

8. Delivery, damage and returns

Shipping, damage claims and replacements are covered by our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Spiritual products

Yantras and other spiritual products are sold as traditionally crafted metal articles. We make no claims about spiritual, astrological, health or financial results from their use.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, yantra artwork, photographs, logos and text on this website belong to Vardhman Metal Art. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by sending false enquiries, attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful code or copying content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption or government restrictions.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
