Order details: billing and delivery address, and the names, text, logos or artwork you send for custom products.
Payment details: the bank transfer reference and, if a refund is due, the bank account details you share with us for that refund. We do not collect card or UPI details, as we do not take payments on this website.
Website usage: basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send quotations.
- To prepare design proofs and make your order.
- To arrange delivery and share order and shipping updates by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To handle damage claims, replacements and refunds.
- To keep business records required by law.

- To share product updates or offers, only if you have agreed. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Logos, names and artwork you send are used only to make your order and are never reused for anyone else. We show photos of finished custom work in our portfolio or on social media only with your permission.
